{"id":101,"date":"2020-10-12T12:15:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-12T12:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/covid.bussche.name\/?p=101"},"modified":"2021-07-17T19:18:05","modified_gmt":"2021-07-17T19:18:05","slug":"rki-immuniteit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.corona-nieuws-duitsland.nl\/index.php\/2020\/10\/12\/rki-immuniteit\/","title":{"rendered":"RKI: Immuniteit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Volgens het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rki.de\/DE\/Content\/InfAZ\/N\/Neuartiges_Coronavirus\/Steckbrief.html#doc13776792bodyText17\">Robert Koch Institut (RKI)<\/a> is het volgende bekend over immuniteit tegen COVID-19:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Besmetting met SARS-CoV2 leidt tot aanmaken van verschillende soorten antilichamen, gemiddeld (mediaan) in de tweede week na symptoombegin.<\/li><li>Op dit moment is nog onduidelijk hoe robuust en duurzaam deze bescherming is<\/li><li>Neutraliserende antilichamen worden typisch 2 weken na symptoombegin gevonden, maar niet bij iedereen<\/li><li>Er zijn vermoedens voor een kruisimmuniteit, dus dat sommige mensen die eerder met endemische Coronavirussen (bijvoorbeeld verkoudheid) in contact geweest zijn een beperkte bescherming ook tegen SARS-COV2 hebben<\/li><li>T-cellen zijn ook bij asymptomatisch besmette personen gevonden zonder dat antilichamen waargenomen konden worden. Of deze T-cellen bescherming tegen herhaalde infectie bieden is nog onduidelijk.<\/li><li>Ervaringen met andere coronavirussen (SARS en MERS) duiden op een duur van de immuniteit tot 3 jaar.
